1. Introduction
SharpPicks ("Application", "App") is provided by JMartin Digital Apps LLC ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your data.
The Application is a sports betting information service that provides users with access to publicly available data, including Polymarket wallet tracking, odds comparisons, and betting trend analysis. This Application is for informational purposes only. SharpPicks is NOT a gambling application. SharpPicks does not accept, facilitate, or process any wagers or bets; does not handle deposits, withdrawals, or financial transactions of any kind; and does not provide a means to place bets with any sportsbook or prediction market.
This Application is intended for users aged 21 and older. Upon first launch, users must confirm they are at least 21 years of age before accessing the Application.
The Application is offered AS IS. The Application does not contain advertising and does not sell user data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
To create an account, the Application uses Sign in with Apple as the sole authentication method. Apple provides:
- A unique Apple user ID
- Either your real email address or a private relay email address (@privaterelay.appleid.com), depending on your preference
- Your name, only if you choose to share it through Sign in with Apple
We use this information solely to create and authenticate your account. You are never required to share your real email address or name.
2.2 Subscription Information
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. When you subscribe, RevenueCat receives:
- An anonymous app user identifier
- Purchase transaction data (product purchased, transaction date, subscription status)
- Receipt validation data from Apple
RevenueCat uses this data for two purposes: (1) App Functionality, including receipt validation, fraud prevention, and enabling subscription entitlements; and (2) Analytics, including powering our subscription dashboard, charts, and customer history. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf and is SOC 2 Type II certified. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID password. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat processes data in the United States.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
Onboarding Analytics (via Mixpanel)
We use Mixpanel solely to understand how new users interact with our onboarding flow in order to improve the initial setup experience. This data is collected only during the one-time onboarding process and is not used for ongoing in-app behavioral tracking. Mixpanel may automatically collect:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- A Mixpanel-generated device identifier (this is NOT the Apple Identifier for Advertisers)
- Coarse location derived from IP address (IP addresses are not retained by Mixpanel after geolocation derivation)
Because Mixpanel data collection is limited to the one-time onboarding flow, there is no ongoing tracking from which to opt out. If you wish to have your Mixpanel data removed entirely, you may do so by deleting your account or by contacting us at support@sharppicksapp.com.
We do not collect the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any other advertising identifiers. Mixpanel processes data in the United States.
Backend Services (via Supabase)
We use Supabase to provide authentication and database services. Supabase stores:
- Your account information (user ID, email if provided, account creation date)
- Session and authentication tokens
- App-related data necessary for core functionality
Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your data is stored securely on servers located in the United States.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about the data we do not collect:
- We do not collect the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
- We do not collect precise geolocation data
- We do not collect contacts, photos, or other device data
- We do not track your browsing activity outside of the Application
- We do not collect any financial or payment card information
- We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party ad trackers
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
3. How We Use Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Authenticate your account via Sign in with Apple and Supabase
- Manage your subscription via RevenueCat (receipt validation, entitlements, and subscription analytics)
- Improve the onboarding experience via Mixpanel analytics (one-time onboarding flow only)
- Provide core Application functionality (wallet tracking, odds comparison, betting trend data)
- Maintain app security and prevent abuse
We do not use your data for advertising, personal profiling, or behavioral targeting of any kind.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We require that all third-party processors provide protections for user data that are consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not use advertising SDKs, social media tracking pixels, or any other third-party trackers.
5. Data About Betting Markets and Odds
The Application displays publicly available information sourced from Polymarket and various sportsbooks. This data is presented for informational and educational purposes only.
Polymarket Data: Wallet activity and prediction market data displayed in this Application is obtained from publicly available sources. This Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. Prediction market prices reflect aggregated trader opinions and are not guarantees of outcomes. The availability of Polymarket data may change based on regulatory developments or changes to Polymarket's platform.
Sportsbook Odds: Odds data displayed in the Application may be delayed and is subject to change without notice. Users should verify all odds directly with official sportsbook sources before making any decisions. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data.
Best Bets / Trend Data: Historical betting performance and trend analysis are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Win rates, profit metrics, and overbetting indicators represent historical data analysis only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any wagering decisions.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active.
Mixpanel onboarding analytics data is retained for a maximum of one (1) year, after which it is automatically deleted.
RevenueCat retains subscription transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed for receipt validation and subscription management.
If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 10 days, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes.
7. Data Deletion
You may delete your account at any time directly within the Application by navigating to your account settings and selecting the "Delete Account" option. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@sharppicksapp.com.
Important: Before deleting your account, please cancel any active subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription, and billing will continue through Apple until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time at: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Upon account deletion, we will remove:
- Your Supabase account and all associated data (automatically removed upon in-app deletion)
- Your RevenueCat subscriber record
- Your Mixpanel user data
- Sign in with Apple authentication credentials (tokens will be revoked via Apple's REST API)
We will process all deletion requests within 10 days.
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access your personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out mechanism is required. If our data practices ever change in this regard, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out mechanisms, including honoring Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
To exercise your rights, contact us at support@sharppicksapp.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
Categories of personal information we collect:
- Identifiers (email address, Apple user ID, anonymous user IDs)
- Commercial information (subscription status, purchase history via RevenueCat)
- Internet or electronic network activity (device type, OS version, onboarding interaction data via Mixpanel)
Sources: Directly from you (Sign in with Apple), automatically via third-party SDKs (Mixpanel, RevenueCat).
Business purposes: Account authentication, subscription management, onboarding improvement, core app functionality.
Third parties receiving data: Supabase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Apple — each solely for the purposes described in this policy. All third-party processors are contractually required to protect your data consistent with this Privacy Policy.
8.2 Residents of Other U.S. States with Privacy Laws
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, or other states with comprehensive privacy legislation, you may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data practices. 9. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms
SharpPicks is available through a paid subscription managed by Apple's App Store. By subscribing:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or directly at: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
We do not receive or store your payment information. All billing is handled directly by Apple.
10. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
This Application is intended for users aged 21 and older. Upon first launch, users must confirm they are at least 21 years of age before accessing the Application. The Application contains references to sports betting markets and is rated for adults on the App Store.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@sharppicksapp.com to request deletion.

While SharpPicks is an information-only application and does not facilitate gambling, we recognize the importance of responsible gambling awareness. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available:

12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies
- Secure authentication via Sign in with Apple
- SOC 2 Type II certified subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat)
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take appropriate measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and post the revised policy within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
14. Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
